In these terms, 'we', 'us', and 'our' refer to Pay Per Lead, trading as Madscope Members, based in Wexford, Ireland. 'You' and 'client' refer to the business or individual engaging our services. 'Services' refers to our pay-for-performance lead generation offering, including campaign management, custom CRM and booking app setup, and lead or booking delivery. 'Lead' means a qualified enquiry from a potential customer. 'Booking' means a confirmed appointment that the prospect attends.
We provide a fully managed, pay-for-performance customer acquisition service for businesses operating in Ireland. This includes: building and managing Meta Ads campaigns; setting up tracking; building and configuring a custom CRM and booking app; qualifying leads automatically; and delivering qualified leads or confirmed bookings. You pay a fixed, agreed fee per qualified lead or confirmed booking - and only for those that actually materialise.
A one-time setup fee of €199 covers campaign build, tracking setup, and your custom CRM and booking app. This fee is charged before work begins and is non-refundable once setup has commenced. The setup fee may increase as onboarding slots fill; the fee applicable to you is the one displayed at the time you confirm engagement.
Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta, typically €20-50+ per day depending on your business type and area. We do not control, hold, or guarantee ad spend outcomes. Where campaigns run inside your Meta Ads account, you retain full ownership and admin access at all times. If you do not have an account or prefer not to open one, we may run campaigns under our account instead, in which case you reimburse ad spend as agreed.
You are billed per qualified lead or confirmed booking at a fixed price agreed upfront based on your business type and area. Billing occurs either at the moment a booking takes place or weekly, at your option. Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to pause or suspend campaigns for overdue invoices.
If no qualified leads or confirmed bookings are delivered in a billing period, you do not owe us a service fee for that period. This is the core of our model. Ad spend paid to Meta is separate and is not refundable by us, as it is paid directly to the platform.
Leads are qualified through your custom CRM and booking app to filter out tire-kickers and time-wasters before they reach you. A 'qualified lead' is one that meets the criteria agreed during onboarding. We do not guarantee that every lead will convert into a paying customer; we guarantee that every lead billed meets the agreed qualification standard.
Every lead we deliver is exclusive to you. We do not share, resell, or re-deliver leads to other businesses. This exclusivity applies for the lifetime of that lead.
There are no long-term contracts. You may pause or cancel the service at any time by giving written notice (email or WhatsApp is sufficient). Pausing or cancelling does not relieve you of fees already incurred for leads or bookings delivered prior to the notice being received.
You agree to: provide accurate business information for campaign targeting; respond to leads and bookings in a timely manner; maintain access to your Meta Ads account where applicable; and not to misuse the CRM or booking app. Lead quality depends partly on your responsiveness - leads that go cold due to delayed follow-up are still considered delivered.
The custom CRM and booking app are provided for your use for the duration of our engagement. We retain ownership of the underlying platform and software. Campaign assets, ad creative, and data generated inside your own ad account remain yours throughout.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the leads or bookings giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or business interruption. We are not liable for the performance of Meta's advertising platform, which is outside our control.
Both parties comply with the GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018. Details of how we handle personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf inside the CRM, we act as your data processor under a written agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
