(b) Marketing and ad account data when campaigns run inside your Meta Ads account - including campaign performance metrics you share with us. (d) Communication records - emails, calls, and messages exchanged in the course of delivering our service.
We process your personal data under the following lawful bases under Article 6 of the GDPR: (a) Consent - when you fill out a form, book a call, or subscribe to communications. (b) Contract - when you engage our services, we process data necessary to deliver and manage that engagement. (c) Legitimate interests - for analytics, service improvement, and security, where these do not override your rights.
We use your data to: deliver and manage pay-per-lead campaigns; build and configure your custom CRM and booking app; communicate with you about leads, bookings, and account matters; process invoices and payments; improve our services through aggregated analytics; and meet legal and regulatory obligations in Ireland and the EU.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: (a) Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., where campaigns run inside your ad account or ours, subject to Meta's own terms and privacy practices. (b) Service providers we rely on to deliver our offering - such as calendar scheduling, CRM hosting, and payment processing - all acting as data processors under written agreement. (c) Competent authorities where required by law.
Some processors may be located outside the EU/EEA. Where this occurs, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or another valid transfer mechanism under Chapter V of the GDPR, to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Campaign and lead data is retained for the duration of your engagement plus a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).
